Series-specific coverage
LOBIN applies warranty according to the written warranty standard for the selected product series and approved supply scope. Cabinet structures, door panels, hinges and drawer runners are reviewed under their applicable component standards. The exact covered components, exclusions and remedy must be written into the final quotation, PI, warranty document or project agreement.
How a claim is reviewed
The team checks the approved production drawings, material schedule, cabinet codes, quality-control records and the evidence supplied with the report. Verified manufacturing defects are reviewed under the written warranty standard, and LOBIN will provide a clear remedy path such as replacement components, repair support, technical guidance, credit or another written solution.
Customer-provided measurement errors, unapproved modifications, improper storage, incorrect installation and damage outside the confirmed supply responsibility are reviewed separately rather than assumed to be manufacturing defects.
