- LOBIN does not provide installation. Any dealer-arranged installation is a separate local service.
Pricing rules
How cabinet pricing works.

Linear length or front area?
Base and wall cabinets use running length. Tall cabinets use actual width × height, with a minimum of 0.5m² / 5.38 sq ft. Switch between metric and imperial above; one linear ft equals 0.3048m.
Height adjustments
Base: up to 950mm standard; above that up to 1100mm ×1.2. Wall: up to 1200mm standard; above that up to 1400mm ×1.2. Above the respective maximum, use tall-cabinet front-area pricing.
Finished depth includes the door
Standard depths: base 600mm, wall 350mm and tall 600mm. The standard price also applies to shallower cabinets. Each additional 100mm, or part of 100mm, adds RM 50/m² of cabinet front area. Island cabinets follow the separate depth rules below.
Island height and depth combine
Depth up to 600mm ×1; above that up to 1200mm ×2; above 1200mm ×3. Height up to 950mm ×1, then up to 1200mm ×1.2. Height and depth factors multiply on the cabinet body only. Taller islands require confirmation.
Low cabinets and drawer allowances
TV cabinets, desks, vanities and low shoe cabinets use base pricing; shoe cabinets above 1100mm use tall front-area pricing. One drawer is included per 2m²; extra drawers and runner upgrades are priced separately in your estimate.
Add-ons have their own quantities
Add-ons are priced by the unit shown, such as per door, handle, runner pair or square metre. Check each product for minimum quantities and size limits. Choose your styles and sizes, then enter the quantity you need for a project estimate.
From planning price to confirmed order.
Clear payment milestones
10% · 50% · 40%
10% to start design · 50% after design approval to start production · 40% balance before dispatch. The design deposit is part of the quotation total, not an additional fee.
Confirm your order before production
Production starts only after the latest production drawing is hand-signed and uploaded as a PDF, the required payment has cleared, and LOBIN releases the order. Customer-supplied dimensions remain the customer’s responsibility. No changes are supported after production release.
Estimated production: 15–16 days ex-factory, excluding shipping.
Plan for delivery and local costs
Minimum order: 10m². Freight, duties, taxes, insurance, destination handling and local delivery are confirmed separately. LOBIN does not provide installation.
