Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by LOBIN (operated by Qingyuan Luobin Trading Co., Ltd.) ("LOBIN", "we", "our", or "us"), operating at lobincabinets.com. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to website inquiries, project review, partner inquiries, design support, cabinetry supply, production, export handover and agreed installation-support services.

2. Service Descriptions

2.1 Interior Design Services

We provide project review, scope clarification, material direction, design support, drawings, quotation preparation and related documentation as described on our Services and Pricing pages. Deliverables, timelines and pricing are specified in individual project quotes or agreements.

2.2 Custom Cabinetry Export

We supply custom cabinetry and whole-home woodwork packages through our China-side manufacturing and project coordination system. LOBIN does not provide installation. Every market is handled as factory supply only; the buyer arranges qualified local trades and local compliance directly.

3. Ordering and Payment

Payment terms:

• 10% design deposit: calculated on the total quotation and paid before design work begins
• Additional 50% production deposit: paid after design approval and before production begins
• 40% balance payment: paid after production and quality review, before dispatch

Currency and final payment terms are stated in the quotation or PI.

4. Design Lock Clause

After the client or partner confirms drawings, materials, hardware, dimensions, service boundary and quotation scope, both parties may sign or otherwise confirm a Design Lock or production confirmation record. Changes requested after design lock are treated as scope changes and may require additional fees, revised timelines or updated quotations.

5. Delivery Timelines

Published lead times are planning references unless a milestone is expressly committed in the signed quotation or project agreement. Timing may change because of scope changes, late approvals, site access, shipping, customs, force majeure or other causes outside LOBIN's reasonable control. Any delay remedy is governed by the signed project terms and applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the agreed final deliverables, such as drawings, quotation documents, material schedules, packing lists, installation guides and project files. LOBIN will use client-identifiable project material in public portfolios, marketing materials or case studies only with the required approval or consent. Confidential project information remains subject to the agreed confidentiality terms.

8. Export / Delivery Terms

Export or delivery terms are stated in the quotation, PI or project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• LOBIN provides agreed shipping and customs documentation
• The buyer or importer is responsible for import duties, customs clearance fees, local taxes and local compliance unless separately agreed
• Local delivery, site access, unloading and installation responsibility must be clarified before production
• US / Canada, UK / EU and other regulated markets require compliance review before any bulk cabinet sourcing decision

9. Limitation of Liability

LOBIN's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, project delays caused by third parties, or damages resulting from client-provided incorrect measurements.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

11. Governing Law

Governing law, dispute venue and applicable commercial terms are stated in the individual project agreement, quotation, PI or partner agreement where applicable.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
