- 40% balance after QC and before dispatch
- Freight: LCL or FCL (forwarder contacts provided)

Freight is quoted with your order — never hidden in the cabinet price.
LCL (Shared Container)
Single rooms and small orders. Pay for your share of a container, not a whole one.
FCL (Full Container)
Whole homes and batch orders. Best cost per cabinet at volume.
Freight Coordination
We connect you with freight forwarders; you arrange shipping. Export documents provided; duties and taxes are yours.

What if I don’t have drawings?
Send measurements and photos. After the project scope is reviewed, the 10% design deposit starts measured layouts and production drawing work; it is part of the total quotation.
Do you install the cabinets?
Installation is excluded from the standard cabinet price. Your local trades can install from our cabinet codes, packing list and QC records. Suitable Malaysia or Thailand projects may request a local dealer connection for installation support.
How long until my cabinets arrive?
Production takes 15–16 days ex-factory. Shipping adds time depending on your destination and freight method — we confirm the estimate with your quote.
