Inspect promptly and keep the packaging. Report the cabinet code, packing reference, quantities, photos and video within the inspection period stated in the project documents.

Preserve the evidence

Do not discard the packaging, cabinet labels or damaged parts before the case is reviewed. Separate suspected transit damage from a possible manufacturing defect where possible.

Send a complete report

Provide the quotation or project number, cabinet code, carton or packing reference, affected quantity, a clear description, wide-angle site photos, close-up photos and video when movement or function is involved. Also note the delivery date and when the issue was discovered.

Report the issue within the inspection period written in the quotation, transport document or warranty terms. After verification, the appropriate remedy may be installation guidance, replacement parts, repair support, credit or another written solution.

Use Contact LOBIN. Approved partners can create and track the case through Partner Support.
