Standard cabinet scope
The published unit rate covers the configured cabinet body for the selected material series together with its standard cabinet door and standard hinge or hardware allowance. The estimator applies the stated running-length or projected-area pricing rule and separately shows selected add-ons.
Items that require separate confirmation
Special doors, premium hardware, drawer runner upgrades, full laser edge banding, glass, lighting, accessories, export crates and other options are priced according to their published rule or reviewed manually when necessary.
Freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, destination handling, local delivery, unloading and site access are not automatically included. Installation is outside the standard LOBIN cabinet supply scope; for suitable Malaysia or Thailand projects, LOBIN may help connect the buyer with a local dealer for installation support.
