The standard policy is 10% to start design, 50% after design approval to start production, and the remaining 40% paid before dispatch after production and quality review.

In this topic: Preliminary estimates, confirmed scope, payment milestones and safe remittance.

Published payment sequence

The standard policy is:

  1. 10% design deposit before design work begins.
  2. 50% production deposit after design approval and before production begins.
  3. 40% balance payment after production and quality review, before dispatch.

The 10% design deposit forms part of the total quotation; it is not an extra charge on top of the project total. The final quotation or PI controls the exact amounts, currency, payment channel and milestone triggers.

Always verify the quotation or PI number and confirmed collection account before transferring funds. A payment-account change is valid only when confirmed through an authorized written document.

Read the Terms of Service and Refund Policy for the full written framework.
